In support of our vision of "Leading the way to personal growth", Seine River School Division is offering two kinds of financial support to students in Faculties of Education in Manitoba universities.

1. Scholarship Program
   
   SRSD will make a contribution towards tuition for two (2) first year teacher education students at a Manitoba University or students entering the second last year of a teacher education program at a Manitoba university that lasts longer than 2 years.

2. Teacher Education Student Support Loan
   
   Financial support for two (2) students entering the final year of a teacher education program at a Manitoba university will be offered. This support will be in the form of a forgivable loan to be credited toward tuition. It is anticipated that these loans to students will be forgiven (repayment will be waived in full), upon the completion of one year of full-time teaching with Seine River School Division in the year immediately following graduation.
